Websketching's Sam Serio interviews Paul Langley, Market Manager and food vendor at the Woodstown Farmers' Market.
Paul Langley was instrumental in getting the Woodstown Farmers' Market off the ground and wears many hats in the community. In addition to being the Market Manger for the market along with John Alvarez, Jr., Paul is currently serving his 3rd term as President of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association; he owns a local eatery, the Wagon Wheel Restaurant where he is known as "Souperman" for his delicious soups; he is President-Elect of the Exchange Club; he is a member of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Joint Environmental Commission; a member of the Woodstown Historical Commission.
Paul's hopes for the future of the Woodstown Farmers' Market is that it will be expanded to the end of the street, with more food vendors, musicians, farmers and non-profits, and will become a destination for the community. Paul's food will be available each week at the market; current menu items include grilled sirloin burgers, hotdogs, and Italian sausage sandwiches with peppers and onions.
