Websketching's Sam Serio interviews Ceil Smith, Publisher of Today's Sunbeam on the opening day of the Woodstown Farmers' Market.
"This farmers' market - what it brings to the community - not only great produce and vegetables, which are so important, locally grown, Jersey Fresh - it also brings our neighbors out." said Smith. "It stimulates our economy, our restaurants, our small retailers - they'll all feel the results of this."
"I think this farmers' market will thrive because people are staying closer to home and for them to be able to come downtown to get fresh produce - I think it's wonderful for the economy." said Smith.
Smith commented that Woodstown has always been noted for its great candlelight tour and will now also be known for its farmers' market.
